I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, it was relatively luxurious with excellent service options like laundry and room service. The separate cottages provided a nice sense of privacy and space, and the location near the hot springs was refreshing. Unfortunately, the rooms left much to be desired with dirty windows and a broken bath. Overall, I felt a bit let down given the potential this place has.

I had a lovely stay! The rooms felt like little apartments—clean and spacious, with amazing bathrooms and a nice kitchen area. The location is fantastic, close to the national park and surrounded by geothermal beauty. I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and I loved seeing wild toucans and howler monkeys during my visit. However, the service could be improved, as some staff members were a bit unfriendly. The rooms needed a little airing out when we first got there, which wasn't ideal, but overall, it was a great experience, especially due to the stunning scenery and well-maintained grounds.
